Return Policy
By placing an order, you have read and agreed to these rules below:
- Read and agreed to the information regarding all our policies.
- Due to different monitor/screen settings, please keep in mind that the actual colours of the product may be slightly different.
- We accept credit card and PayPal payment via PayPal. All product and prices listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- All products are checked thoroughly to be in perfect condition when we dispatch them. We are not liable or responsible for any losses or breakages during shipment.
These rules are subject to change any time without notification.
Order Policy
Shipping
All items are shipped using Expedited Serivce via Canada Post for Delivery. A signature will be required.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the amount of your total order after any deductions and are calculated before taxes. All orders are subject to verification.
Changing Your Order
We make all attempts to process and ship out your order as soon as possible. If you entered in the wrong information or ordered the wrong product, please email us as soon as possible with your order number, stating which corrections should be made.
Changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made after this period.
Please note that making any changes to an order can result in a processing delay of up to 2 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reason, please let us know within 2 hours of your purchase.
Return Policy
- All items purchased from Bena Co. are covered under our 30 Day Return Policy from the date of purchase. After receiving the item, if it is not entirely to your liking and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us to request a return.
- All items must be returned in brand new, unused, unopened and in resellable condition. Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds or exchanges on used / worn or damaged items. Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been tampered with or are missing serial numbers.
- Please return all original items including the original factory box, manual, templates, all contents and all accessories including items related to the product originally shipped. All merchandise returned to Bena Co. must be packed and insured properly with a tracking number to avoid loss or damage during shipping. We are not responsible for returns not received. Original and Return shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.
- Once an item is received back, we will inspect and process the return within 4 business days. Refunds will be applied back to the original method of payment.
- A 15% restocking fee for all items returned. Bena Co. reserves the right to have sole discretion of the state of the returned product and refuse the return if terms set above are not met.
