Changing Your Order

If you entered in wrong information or bought wrong product, please email us as soon as possible with your order number, stating which corrections should be made.

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. No changes can be made after this period.
Please note that making any changes to an order can result in a processing delay of up to 2 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reason, please let us know within 3 hours of your purchase.[/sm_column_text]

Bena Co. uses Canada Post for Delivery

  • All items purchased from BENA Co. are covered with our 30 Day return policy.
  • All items must be returned in brand new, unused, and in resellable condition. There will be no refund or exchanges on used / worn products. Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been tampered. After receiving and opening our product you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return or exchange it follow the instruction below.
  • You must return all original factory box, booklet or manual, plastic wraps, anything and everything that has been shipped to you and is related to the product. All merchandise returned to BENA Co. must be packed and insured properly with a tracking number to avoid loss or damage during shipping. The 30 Day Money back period starts from the day of delivery of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable for any reason and there will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned. BENA Co. reserves the right to have sole discretion of the state of the returned product and refuse return if terms set above are not met.
